At Herbes et Epices, we want you, our customer, to be happy with all your purchases. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase(s), please contact us immediately by email at herbesetepicesuk@gmail.com.

When you buy any products from Herbes et Epices, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed. Incorrect or Damaged Purchases
Herbes et Epices makes every effort to ensure that all purchases are packaged securely to ensure you receive them correctly and in good condition. However, should you not receive the correct purchases or if they are damaged in transit, we will refund your money or (depending on stock availability) replace the damaged purchases.
If you wish to claim for any shortages, errors and/or damaged purchases please notify us with the details by email at herbesetepicesuk@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. If your purchases arrive broken or damaged, please provide us with photographic evidence so that we can advise the courier company as soon as possible. Any replacements will be the same as the purchases originally ordered. If you have not notified us of any shortages, errors or damaged purchases 14 calendar days after delivery, you will be deemed to have accepted your purchases.
Undelivered Purchases
Unfortunately, on rare occasions, purchases may get lost in transit. If you do not receive your order by the date notified, please contact us immediately by email at herbesetepicesuk@gmail.com so that we can resolve the issue with the courier company. We do not issue refunds for undelivered purchases and will resend your order immediately.
Change your Mind?
In addition to your statutory legal rights, Herbes et Epices also allows you to return any purchases if you simply change your mind. Please return the unused goods to us with the original receipt within 14 calendar days of the delivery of the goods and we will offer you a full refund (excluding postage costs), an exchange or a credit note. Any purchases you return must be in the same condition you received them and in the original packaging. Used purchases cannot be returned or refunded.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned purchases. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 days of receiving the returned purchases. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the return postage costs, unless agreed otherwise. We recommend that the package is sent tracked to ensure it returns to us safely. Any returned purchases should be sent to Moorcroft, The Court, Coychurch, Bridgend, CF35 5EH.
