Niora

The pepper Niora is a variety of sweet pepper that is obtained from the small, sweet-fleshed red pepper that has been dried and ground.  Niora is used mainly in Spanish cuisine to add a rich earthy, spicy flavour to stews, chorizo sausages, rice dishes such as Paella and seafood.
