Lebanese Blend (Za'atar)

Lebanese Blend, also known as Za’atar  is an aromatic spice blend of Sesame seeds, Sumac and Thyme.  Za’atar makes an excellent spice blend for flavouring roasted and sautéed vegetables, breads and meats, add it to olive oil to make a dip for bread or combine it with lemon juice and olive oil to make a great salad dressing.
