Indian Blend - Garam Masala

Origin: Blended in Brittany, France (20g)
Typical of North Indian cuisine, this Garam Masala is a blend of Cumin, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Mace, Coriander, Cloves, Bay Leaf and Black Pepper.   Very fragrant and not too pungent, this Indian blend is one of the base spices for curries.  It also works well sprinkled over all meats when roasting, sautéeing or frying for added flavour.
