Himalayan Pink Salt which comes from the Punjab region of Pakistan (about 190 miles from the Himalayas) is a natural, unrefined salt that is thought to be over 99% pure. It contains over 84 minerals and trace elements, including Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, Copper and Iron. The crystals can be added to any dish to enhance its flavour.
