Herbes de Provence is a fragrant mixture of dried herbs typical of southern French cooking.  The blend of Savory, Rosemary, Thyme and Oregano gives a Mediterranean flavour to many meat, poultry and vegetable dishes, particularly tomato-based and grilled ones.
