Cloves

Origin: Madagascar, Comoros, Zanzibar (11g)
Cloves are the dried flower buds of the Clove tree.   This sweet, aromatic spice is used to season pot roasts, game, sauces and stews.  It is also one of the main ingredients in mulled wine and warm punches.  Cloves also compliment  apple dishes and pears in red wine.
