Breton Kari Blend

Origin: Blended in Brittany, France (21g)
Breton Cari is a blend of Turmeric, Ginger, Cumin, Cayenne, Cardamom, Clove and Chinese Star Anise.  It is used in traditional Indian dishes and when added to a white sauce, makes a great accompaniment to fish and shellfish.
